Introduction:

As a result of the increase in trade between countries and the entry into the world of technology, which has rapidly affected economic, social and legal life alike, moral rights have emerged as well as financial rights, as an inevitable result of the intellectual and intellectual creations created by man.

This type of rights has been established to encourage the work carried out by the inventor and the creator in their respective fields, by investing their ideas, which are the result of the new factors and means.

Industrial property rights are an integral part of intellectual property rights, as they are a series of rights of a personal nature that give the inventor or creator the right to exploit their completed works and services, as intellectual property protects literary, artistic or scientific creativity with attribution to its owners and ensures that it is not violated or benefited from unjustly.

Industrial property rights expand to include everything related to the human mind of ideas that are industrially applicable, as these ideas come out of the mind to materialize on the ground and create rights for their owner under the laws in force nationally and internationally.

Since these rights grant privileges to some individuals and impose restrictions on others, it was necessary to impose a legal system regulating these rights, which is one of the reasons for industrial and economic progress and development…, which creates a kind of confidence in businessmen and necessarily leads to increased investments in industrial and commercial projects.

Therefore, this book will explain the basic principles on which industrial property rights are based, including concepts and types, with a focus on Algerian law in this regard.
